After Sales Support Executive (Regional) – $4000+AWS+VB

• Be the main contact of customers. Build/Maintain good relationships with the customers and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate for customer related activities; sales, CS, billing, legal, operation, pricing etc.
• Support customers on the RFQ & bidding preparation process.
• Escalate customer’s pain point and resolve the issues within timeline.
• Provide advice to related department to increase revenue generation from current business model and achieve KPIs.
• Sourcing venders for cost reduction plans and provide advises to operation to meet customers' requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
• 2-3 years of working experience in freight forwarding industry
• Knowledge in airfreight operation will have added advantageous
