Associate, Agency Office Management

About the Client:

Responsibilities:

Support operations for financial representatives, focusing on agency office management and facility services.

• Assist in agency office space fitting and reinstatement projects from start to finish.
• Provide operational support for financial representatives, including handling agency mail and access cards.
• Monitor project papers, budgets, and report on the progress and status of operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely follow-up for operational support functions.
• Contribute to facility management efforts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation in daily operations.

Skills/Requirement:

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn with a positive attitude towards work.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with responsiveness and accountability.
• Strong team-oriented mindset, adaptable to changes and improvements.
