Business Analyst (Banking / 12 month contract)

Responsibilities:

• Basic knowledge or understanding of Credit Card and Card Rewards processing.
• Meticulous, with an eye for detail, and able to work in a fast-paced environment to support user requests and testing.
• Efficient planning skills and an ability to adhere to deadlines.
• Liaise with technology partners on solutions, delivery timelines, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) environment readiness.
• Create UAT test plans, test scopes, test scripts, and data, set up Rewards Campaigns in UAT, and perform end-to-end user acceptance testing.
• Document test results and provide test artifacts in a structured format for review and walkthrough with stakeholders.
• Manage UAT progress, provide timely UAT status reporting, highlight and report issues early, monitor issues for timely resolution, and update business teams and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technology partners, business teams, and operation teams on system implementation, including the preparation of instructions/parameter forms for Rewards Campaign setup.
• Arrange live verification with business teams and stakeholders.
