Job Purpose:
Lead AI software engineering teams in developing scalable AI platforms, ensuring quality, innovation, and technical excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop AI technology roadmaps and lead teams in platform and product development across AI domains.
• Establish AI best practices, ensuring high-quality software development, engineering, and MLOps standards.
• Oversee AI model evaluation, integration, testing, and co-development for operational deployment.
• Provide technical consultancy on AI and digital technologies across multiple AI disciplines.
• Guide teams in optimizing AI solutions for accuracy, scalability, and processing efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of product development experience, with 8 years in AI-related projects.
• Expertise in AI/ML architectures, data science, and cloud-based AI platforms.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in multi-agency collaboration and large-scale AI project delivery.
• Proficiency in Python, C , and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
