🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

📌 Job Responsibilities:

🚚 Shipment Coordination

• Track import & export shipments from origin to destination.

• Monitor shipment status & provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Work with freight forwarders to resolve logistics issues.

📑 Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare export shipping & customs documents for smooth processing.

• Ensure all shipments comply with international trade laws & company policies.

• Collect, organize, & securely store customs declaration records for compliance.

👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨 Collaboration & Support

• Work with internal teams & partners to ensure efficient logistics operations.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

✅ Requirements:

✔ Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent with 2 years of related experience. (Entry level with intern experience as well)

✔ Preferably with Customer Service, Logistics, or Freight experience.

✔ Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office & knowledge of Oracle/SAP is a plus.

✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

✔ Meticulous, organized, & resourceful team player.

✔ Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
