Finance Operations Senior Associate | 1 Year | Up to 4K

Key Responsibilities:

Involve in month-end and year-end closing activities, check and post journal entries, ensure all costs incurred and revenue earned are properly accrued and accounted. Reconcile system reports against payment gateway reports and investigate any discrepancy.

Check that payments are accurate and in accordance with contractual payment terms.

Check that billings raised for commissions to Merchants, referral fees to payment gateway and rental/utilities to tenants are complete and done on timely basis.

Review and enhance finance processes for continuous improvement.

Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for change requests implemented or on new reports created.

Work closely with finance functions to ensure compliance to CAG policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls procedures and accounting policies.

In addition, you will endeavor to provide excellent customer service to all internal and external business stakeholders.

Requirement and Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma in Accountancy with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience or Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification with minimum 3 year of relevant working experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience for a medium / large organization. Experience in e-Commerce business would be an added advantage.

Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, comfortable using Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, etc. Experience in using SAP would be an added advantage

Responsible, with an eye for detail, analytical, self-motivated and highly organized

Good business partnering skills, self-driven, resourceful team player with hands-on approach to problem solving

Strong collaboration mindset and interpersonal skills to be able to work well and provide strong support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Positive “can-do” attitude and able to multi-task, resilient and work independently in a fastpaced environment

System use – Savy with IT skills (Power Query, Pivot, etc), SAP
