Finance Operations Executive

• Work Location: Changi (East area)
• Work Schedule: 5-day work week with a Hybrid work model
• Salary package: up to S$54,000 per annum

A career opportunity play a vital role in driving financial excellence! Our client is looking for a Finance Operations Executive to support their e-Commerce and new business initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Financial Operations: Manage month-end and year-end closing, post journal entries, and ensure accurate revenue/cost accounting.
• Reconciliations & Payments: Verify reports against payment gateway data, process payments, and ensure timely billings for commissions and rental fees.
• Process Improvements: Review and enhance finance workflows for efficiency.
• System & Compliance: Conduct UAT testing for system changes and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure seamless financial operations.

The ideal candidate should be/have:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy with 3 to 5 years of Finance operations experience in large scale firms (handled high volume of transactions daily)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot (SAP experience is a bonus)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and a problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a positive, can-do attitude!
