Recruitment (Singapore & Japan market)

• Work with clients to understand their requirements.
• Posting advertisement to attracting candidate by using social media, job portal database and etc.
• Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Prepare and extend onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

Requirements

• Possess Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Business Level Japanese
• Willing to work with the clients overseas
• Self-motivated and proactive individual
• Excellent written, communication & interpersonal skills
• An effective team player who is able to work independently
