• Handle new hire onboarding processes.
• Manage staff movements, including transfers, secondments, employment changes, retirements, and resignations.
• Oversee financial adviser notifications under the Representative Notification Framework (if required).
• Administer foreign pass matters.
• Ensure accurate employee records in HR systems and maintain good data management.
• Store employee documents properly in the electronic personnel file system.
• Respond promptly and accurately to employee and stakeholder inquiries.
• Support other assigned tasks and projects.
