Sport Centre Operations Executive (1 year, Up to $4,500) | SPMG

• 1-year contract, subject to renewal
• Mon - Fri, 9am - 6.30pm
• Up to $4,500 per month
• Stadium MRT

Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support and centralized coordination for Sport Centre operations, including incident reporting and analysis.
2. Assist in allocating operational resources to respond, and restore sport center functions.
3. Utilize technology and software to collect, process, and display operational data while collaborating with key stakeholders, including zonal leads and sport center management.
4. Support the Team Lead in assessing regulatory changes, industry standards, and operational risks to enhance efficiency, venue readiness, and labor productivity through innovation and process improvements.
5. Oversee the management and daily operations of sport facilities upon activation (e.g., command post operations).

Requirements:

1. Possesses minimum a Diploma with knowledge in in Event management, Facilities Operations management, and stakeholders’ engagement experience.
2. Critical thinking skills using logic, data & qualitative reasoning.
