Responsibilities:

1. Assists in recruitment and deployment of volunteers.
2. Assists in developing, coordinating, and implementing Emergency Preparedness (EP) plans.
3. Widens residents’ outreach and deepens engagement through EP programmes and active collaboration with corporate partners.
4. Works with community partners in promoting EP programmes.
5. Provides administrative and clerical support and assists in the update, collation, preparation and submission of reports and statements.
6. Conceptualize and implement the division’s marketing communications plan in both social media and mainstream media.
7. Provides admin support on the division’s budget and finance reports.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only
• Possesses minimum a Bachelor’s Degree with good command of English, communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, meticulous and able to work independently
