Network Infrastructure Specialist

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (8.30am – 6pm), Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) (Hybrid working arrangement)

Working Location: Central

Salary Package: Up to $8.5k (with AWS)

We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to deliver enterprise-level end-user computing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be part of the team to plan, develop, and support the infrastructure services for applications system
• Manages vendors in the delivery of design, set up, operation and security patching for Government Cloud (GCC) and On-prem (Agency Server room/Data Centre) and support the adoption of SaaS product
• Support network activities on contractual matters, SLA and operational issues. Have some experience (1 to 3 years) in various network technology used for LAN, WAN, VPN, Internet routing, etc.
• Work with vendors on the delivery of services for government-wide network infrastructure and services, ensuring efficient operations management, compliance to policies and standards.
• Ensures infrastructure setup compliance to IM8 & hardening guide
• Handle IM8 compliance and Audits (preparation, responses and closures)
• Monitor project progress and schedule
• Manages issues and risks, evaluate and assess result of project
• Maintains report and provides regular updates to management
• Ensure assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise-level ICT infrastructure for end-point services.
