Patient Service Associate (2 Shift/3 Shift/ Island wide) (ID:599760)

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service by addressing inquiries from patients and/or next of kin
• Ensure adherence to operational standards.
• Handle patient feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Accurately register and screen patients while maintaining data privacy.
• Ensure correct billing and collection of payments on the same day.
• Ensure clinic facilities are ready, including waiting areas and self-service kiosks.
• Ensure the clinic is prepared to serve the first patient 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment.
• Assist clinicians and/or therapists to ensure smooth clinic consultations.
• Coordinate care and schedule first/follow-up appointments for patients.
• Manage patient wait times and provide timely updates.
• Monitor and clear work queues by the end of the workday.
• Be ready to work at any clinic as needed.
• Assist patients in using kiosks and mobile applications.
• Follow clinic, department, and hospital policies and procedures.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the clinic/nurse manager or service team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives (e.g., service improvement projects)

Requirements:

• Possesses GCE 'N'/'O'' Level, Higher/ NITEC
• Preferably with customer service experience or relevant experience in healthcare industry
• Pleasant personality and passionate for customer service
• Good communication skills
• Able to work under fast pace environment
