Your Role:
As a Senior Customer Relations Consultant, you’ll be the face of the brand—delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in a luxury retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert product knowledge and sales recommendations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage boutique cleanliness and merchandising
• Handle stock, housekeeping, and daily boutique operations
• Support with admin tasks such as sales and traffic reports
• Process payments and follow up on after-sales transactions

Who We’re Looking For:
✅ O Level & above
✅ Minimum 5 years in luxury retail (luxury timepieces preferred)
✅ Airport retail experience is a plus
✅ Non-luxury retail must have at least 7 years of experience
✅ Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
