Job Purpose:

Lead a team to drive innovative workplace technology solutions, enhancing user experience and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team to design and implement innovative workplace technology solutions.
• Promote collaboration tools and AI-driven technology to enhance user productivity.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry standards for technology processes.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt new technology solutions and improvements.
• Oversee technology strategy, including budgeting, planning, and lifecycle management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in technical leadership and workplace technology.
• Experience with Microsoft M365 solutions and cloud technologies like Teams, SharePoint.
• Strong knowledge of identity management and security protocols like SSO, MFA.
• Proven ability to manage global technology projects and cross-functional teams.
