Solution Sales Engineer

【About the Role】

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Solution Sales Engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to launch their career in network engineering, with comprehensive training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Planning & Design: Assist in planning and designing network solutions, writing proposals, preparing business quotes, and supporting contract negotiations.
• Market Analysis: Research competitor information to develop insights and support competitive strategies.
• Business Development: Collaborate with the account team to identify business opportunities and align with company strategies.
• Technical Workshops: Help organize workshops to analyze customer network issues and propose future-proof network designs.
• Collaboration: Work with customers, engineers, and vendors to address solution-related issues.
• Project Management: Manage assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery within project schedules.
• To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team.

Requirements:

• Education: At least Bachelor’s degree in ICT related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred Skills & knowledge: Experience in end-to-end (E2E) solution design for fixed networks/wireless/ core network/IT storage.
• Vendor or operator experience, 5G knowledge, and familiarity with Huawei fixed network products is preferred.
• No experience required, and training will be provided.
• Soft Skills: Strong team player, self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
