1. Staff Development & Training
Design and deliver training programs for salon managers and supervisors (e.g. leadership, team management, conflict resolution).
Provide coaching on how to improve staff motivation, productivity, and accountability.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new managers or team leaders.
2. Operational Excellence
Teach managers how to implement and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Train managers on scheduling, inventory control, and resource planning.
Guide on how to manage daily salon operations efficiently.
3. Customer Service Training
Instruct managers on how to uphold excellent customer service standards.
Train in handling customer complaints, upselling services/products, and managing customer retention strategies.
Run role-play sessions to improve communication and service recovery skills.
4. Sales & Performance Coaching
Educate managers on setting sales goals, tracking KPIs, and implementing incentives for their teams.
Help them analyze team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide coaching on promoting retail products and service packages.
5. Team Leadership & Culture Building
Teach leadership and interpersonal skills to maintain a positive work culture.
Train in conflict resolution, feedback delivery, and team motivation techniques.
Support development of team-building initiatives and internal recognition programs.
6. Compliance & Hygiene Standards
Ensure managers are trained on health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and licensing requirements.
Conduct regular evaluations to ensure compliance with beauty industry standards.
7. Reporting & Accountability
Train managers on how to prepare operational and performance reports.
Guide on using data to drive decision-making (e.g. customer visit frequency, product sales, staff performance).
Implement accountability frameworks to track training effectiveness.
8. Change Management & Growth
Support leadership in adopting new technologies, tools, or service menus.
Help manage transitions such as salon expansion, rebranding, or new service launches.
Encourage continuous learning and innovation within the management team.
9 . Education Requirement
Minimum O level certification
Minimum 5 years experience in relevant industry
Knows simple computer skill such as Microsoft Excel
