Key Responsibilities:
•Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team by managing schedules, booking of air ticket and hotel, arranging courier, and handling correspondence.
•Document Management: Maintain office files, records, and documents (both digital and physical), ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval.
•Office Coordination: Assist with office supply management, ensuring that necessary supplies are stocked and ordering replacements as needed.
•Data Entry: Accurately input and update data in company databases and spreadsheets.
•General Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Skills & Qualifications
•Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Job Requirements:
•Fluency in both English and Mandarin, including speaking, reading, and writing, is required to effectively communicate in a multicultural work environment and with clients.
•Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
•Excellent time management skills
•Diligent to details and can work Independently
