Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and enhance SOPs
  • Monitor Shipping Certificate and Clauses on RCL OBL
  • Manage the cargo claim & related issues
  • Coordination with external legal counsels /Law firm for company business in domestic and oversea
  • Provide support to management in negotiation, reconcilement and judgement in legal dispute issues.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder in related field
  • At least 5 year of relevant working experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset

*Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
