Senior Officer/Executive (Marine Operations)

Job Responsibilities

• Achievement in qualified crew recruitment and placement in RCL fleet
• Achievement in serving the numbers of crew requirement for all ship types under management
• Achievement in retaining capable crew in our fleet
• Achievement in crew administration concerning document and certificate
• Achievement in efficient management of crew’s certificates, information, reports and document in filing system and BASS HRM
• Achievement in efficient management of ship's trading certificate and related document in filing system
• Achievement in smooth cooperation with all parties involved in new vessel registration, mortgage, sale change of flag, etc

Requirements

• Diploma holder in related field
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Strong communication skills
• Team player with a collaborative mindset

*Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
