Job Scope:

1. lead and coach the team to achieve store & indidvual sales target

2. Provide daily coaching to retail staff to improve selling skills and product knowledge

3. Customer Relationship Management - managing in-store VIP events, grow customer database and increase client retention

4. Maintain high standard of product presentation and VM

5. Maintain stock organizsation and efficiency

Requirements:

1. 5 years sales experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory level or 2nd in charge in the fashion retail industry

2. Luxury / premium fashion experience is a preferred.

3. Strong leadership and communication skills

4. Open to Singaporeans and PRs

Offer

Base Salary commission

8-10 days off per month

11-14 days AL
