STORE MANAGER

We are excited to announce that due to our expansion, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our new concept stall. If you're passionate about the food and beverage industry, thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record in managing operations, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily stall operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure the team is motivated and well-trained
• Maintain smooth operation of the POS system and handle transactions efficiently
• Collaborate with key departments such as HR, Finance, and Marketing to drive business success
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and service
• Assist with tenant sourcing and leasing activities for new stall locations
• Adhere to company policies and ensure all operations are in compliance with set standards and regulations

Pre-requisites:

• Proven experience in Food & Beverage management with a strong focus on operations.
• Experience in sourcing and working with potential stall tenants.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with SGdataPOS and Infotech knowledge is an advantage but not a must)
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Commitment to adhering to Company policies and ensuring a consistent and high-quality operation

• 具备寻找租户并处理新店铺位置租赁事务的经验
• 出色的领导力和团队管理能力
• 优秀的排班规划能力，能够确保店铺始终有足够的人员
• 熟悉SGdataPOS和Infotech系统者优先，但非必须
• 能够与跨部门团队紧密合作，共同实现业务目标
• 具备卓越的沟通、组织和问题解决能力
• 愿意工作长时间，包括周末和公共假期
• 坚持遵守公司政策，确保高效的运营管理
