  • Issue monthly and quarterly billings and OPEX settlements.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly journals.
  • Post accounting entries to external software weekly.
  • Prepare and monitor AR Aging Reports, following up on outstanding balances.
  • Update Balance Sheet schedules and follow up on unbilled items with other divisions.
  • Prepare and submit monthly OPEX Reports and quarterly SMF Reports.
  • Retrieve dry dock reports for final settlements.
  • Update monthly GST report.
  • Assist with year-end audit queries and provide supporting documents for auditors/tax agents.
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
