1 Year Assistant Vendor Manager (eCommerce) #NJN

Duration: 1 year contract

Location: Raffles Place

JOB SCOPE

• Continuously seek information to improve the vendor experience and makes recommendations to the existing process.

• Manage the set-up of vendor marketing campaigns and conduct post campaign evaluation.

• Implement promotional programs for vendor(s)

• Support on obtaining deals & promotions for events.

• Source new products and assist vendor(s) in product creation.

• Create and manage vendor accounts and contractual agreements per SOP.

• Drive financial governance with vendors.

• Educate vendor (s) on tools, processes & resources.

• Fix product defects.

• Simplify or automate tasks to drive improved business performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field

• Previous experience as Brand Specialist or Customer Service Associate is strongly preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant eCommerce sector

• Basic excel knowledge and experience working with data
