Contract Facilities Executive ($4500 | Healthcare) #HJO

Job Description:

• Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of hospital, medical centre and other associated business unit
• Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts
• Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget
• Able to manage the work schedule of contractors/ vendors to ensure the work / project within the timeline with minimum disruption
• Work with colleagues and contractors to ensure al physical plants and equipment are serviced as planned
• Any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer/Supervisor.

Requirements

• Min Diploma or Degree in Facilities / Facilities Management / Building Facility
• Office hours
• Able to commence on short notice
