Contract HR and Payroll Executive (Up to $4800) #HJO

Job Scope

• Payroll Processing: Manage monthly payroll , including overtime calculations, generating payroll reports, and uploading bank files for approval.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain payroll records, generate payslips, and prepare Headcount and Payroll Recharges reports for Finance.
• Compliance: Submit CPF monthly and provide acknowledgements to Finance.
• Administrative Support: Process Make-up Pay Claims, assist with surveys, generate reports from Timesoft, and prepare HR monthly reports.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or related fields
• At least 2 years of HR experience
