[CONTRACT – LONG-TERM] Patient Service Associate (Healthcare #HCGA

Job Description:

• Responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk operations, including billing and payments.
• Assist patients with inquiries, guide them through the healthcare system, and maintain medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to facilitate patient care and provide excellent customer service to ensure positive patient experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ / 'A' Levels / Nitec / Diploma
• Minimum customer service experience required.
• Candidates without healthcare experiences are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
