3-6 Months Contract - Perm Patient Service Associate (Up to $3000/ Office Hours/ Shifts/ Healthcare) #HCGA

Job Description

• Provide frontline services in areas such as scheduling appointments and collecting payments
• Provide financial counselling
• Perform departmental operations such as administration of clinic appointment resources and managing slots
• Support clinicians by preparing patients and consultation rooms
• Assisting in on-the-job training for new staff
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives
• Individuals should be organised and responsive and have effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirement

• Minimum N Level/O Level/A Level/NITEC/Diploma in any related course of study
• Customer Service experience is preferred but candidates without such experience are welcome to apply as training is provided
