  • Coordinate school events and facility bookings with various teams (e.g. facilities, finance, security)
  • Manage facility rental processes
  • Design marketing materials
  • Update and maintain the school website
  • Monitor all school social media channels
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks promptly
  • Organise and manage documents and digital files
  • Create bi-weekly newsletters for both Primary and Secondary schools
  • Support market research activities
  • Keep track of competitor actions and updates
  • Help with school-wide events and activities as needed
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by management or supervisors
