Front Office & Lounge Associate (Hotel) (UP to $3,300) #NKC

Location: Havelock

Salary: $2,600 – $3,300 (based on experience)
5-day work week (7-day rotating shift roster, including weekends and overnight shifts)
Shift Timings:

• 07:00 – 16:30
• 11:00 – 20:30
• 13:00 – 22:30
• 22:00 – 07:30 (overnight)
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and issue room keys
• Provide information on services and assist with guest inquiries or complaints
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle payment transactions, daily reports, deposits, and cash float
• Manage guest safe-deposit boxes
• Upsell room types to maximize revenue
• Update guest reservations and assist with group bookings
• Provide friendly and professional lounge service
• Prepare and serve food and drinks based on lounge standards
• Set up lounge equipment and assist with in-house guest events
• Check and restock food and beverage supplies
• Keep the lounge clean and presentable at all times
• Support with other tasks like concierge services and room tours

Job Requirements:

• Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and overnights
• Prior hospitality experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Inforbrand HMS (Hotel Management System) is an advantage
