Laboratory Manager - 5 days office / Central #HHL

Salary: Up to 9K

Location: Central

Working hour: 5 days office hour

Job Description

• Maintain consistent standards of care for complex laboratory cases and constant review and improve standards of care
• Plan and manage Laboratory department which includes manpower planning and budgeting
• Lead inter-department workgroups to deliver and improve service within the Centre
• Responsible for implementation and maintenance of quality standards and professionalism in all service and research laboratories
• Ensure all Laboratory work processes comply to relevant accreditation bodies

Job Requirements

• Min. Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent
  Min. 6 years of relevant working experience
• Good laboratory, planning and organisational skills
• Able to work independently as well as a team
• Public healthcare experience will be considered an advantage for candidates
