Are you an experienced operations professional with a passion for healthcare? We are looking for a dedicated individual to oversee and manage the daily operations of key healthcare services. This role offers the opportunity to lead, optimize processes, and contribute to long-term planning in a dynamic and meaningful environment.

Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee daily operations, front counter services, and system improvements.
🔹 Ensure compliance with SOPs, audits, and risk management guidelines.
🔹 Manage financial budgeting, procurement, and expenditure tracking.
🔹 Monitor service utilization and drive initiatives for resource optimization.
🔹 Lead strategic planning, licensing submissions, and process enhancements.
🔹 Participate in medical planning and campus development initiatives.
🔹 Support innovation, sustainability efforts, and value-based transformation.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Min. 2 years of operational/administrative experience in a hospital setting.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
✔ Proficiency in EPIC, Microsoft, SAP, or Ariba systems (advantageous).
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
✔ A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
