Contract Clinic Operations Executive - up to 5K #HHL

Location: Central

Contract: 1-year

Job Description:

• Assist Clinical Heads of Department (HODs) and stakeholders in developing and implementing new care models and clinical services.
• Support day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives for inpatient and outpatient services.
• Provide end-to-end project and operations support including:

1. Project and workflow management
2. IT/system requirements and implementation
3. Financial assessments and budget planning
4. Data collection, analysis, and reporting
5. Resource and procurement management
6. Event planning, logistics, and secretariat support

• Communicate and translate strategic plans of the hospital and clinical departments into actionable goals.
• Facilitate collaboration and open communication across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Monitor and implement strategies to improve service performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure alignment of resources with hospital business and financial objectives.
• Champion continuous improvement, audits, and reviews of clinical services.
• Take on any other projects or assignments as directed.

Requirement

• Min. Degree in Business or other equivalent
• Min. 2 years of operational/administrative experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
• Proficiency in EPIC, Microsoft, SAP, or Ariba systems (advantageous).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
