Contract Bank Operations Executive (Loyalty Programme) at Raffles Place, up to $4000

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer service management, including addressing customer queries within SLA, tracking and monitoring customer service performance levels.
• Support rewards platform and programme management, including rewards catalogue and merchant or client management, customer servicing support and other operations.
• Support and manage marketing campaigns and contents, including developing agency briefs and ensure proper and timely follow-up on deliverables from conception to execution.
• Manage the operational set-up, monitoring and maintenance of campaigns and contents on the related platforms and channels; and day-to-day platform / marketing / customer servicing support & operations.
• Prepare and perform regular reconciliation of financial reports and statements.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Handle administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as tasked.

Salary:

• Up to $4000

Period:

• 1 Year Contract

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

• Raffles Place

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business or Finance
• Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing support / business administration/ accounting support / customer service support experience
• Take initiative in learning and demonstrate positive attitude
• Ability to work well autonomously with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational, time and project management skills
• Good command of language (oral and written)
• Meticulous, ability to multi-task and self-motivated
• Attention to details and resourceful
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Experience in customer servicing, marketing or basic accounting skils preferred
