Job Responsibilities

  • Enter data for purchase order transactions and match invoices.
  • Input direct AP transactions into the system
  • Work with users to collect necessary documents and information.
  • Make sure everything is complete and correct, following the SOP:
    Enter accurate data on time
    Submit required documents
    Follow the approval process
  • Help with month-end and year-end closing when needed.
