Accounting (Full Set)

• Handle full-set accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and monthly closing reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist in audits, tax filings (GST, corporate tax), and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process supplier invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payments.
• Perform AP reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Monitor cash flow for AP transactions and prepare payment schedules.
• Maintain accurate AP records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Administrative Support

• Manage office administration, including filing and maintaining accounting documents.
• Assist with procurement, vendor management, and general office operations.
• Support HR-related administrative tasks such as payroll processing and claims reimbursement.
• Handle ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned
