6 Months Contract Marketing Manager (Insurance Sector) #NJN

Location: Telok Ayer

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am – 5.30pm (1-hour lunch break)

• Responsible for the online revenue of the online product
• Working with internal teams for product enhancement and development
• Work with external agencies on campaign idealization and execution
• Work with partners on sponsorships and events
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital conversion paths
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Strategize and plan the marketing calendar and execution of various marketing campaigns on ATL platforms including print, OOH, TVC, radio etc

Requirements

• At least 4 years of product marketing experience in insurance industry with demonstrated experience in managing web analytics, marketing automation platforms and overseeing digital marketing campaigns.
• Proven tracked records in sales via digital platforms, and display creativity in developing campaigns to target segments.
• Bachelors' in marketing/business admin or any other relevant disciplines.
• Experience and familiar with insurance product and general insurance will be a distinct advantage.
