Location: Shenton Way


  • Tenant Support: Assist tenants with their needs and ensure quick resolution of issues, while maintaining compliance with rules and agreements.
  • Property Inspections: Visit properties with the team, recommend repairs, upgrades, and changes.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with creating purchase orders, submitting and reviewing invoices, and forwarding them to accounting.
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Help create budgets, research supply/service costs, and generate related reports.
  • Tenant Coordination: Manage tenant moves, approve and review tenant bills, and prepare common area maintenance invoices.
  • Tenant Engagement: Organize tenant events, manage tenant appreciation activities, and approve tenant newsletter publications.
  • Problem-Solving & Process Improvement: Analyze data to solve problems, recommend new solutions, and suggest improvements to enhance team efficiency.
