  • Ensure premises are ready (setup, keys, furnishings, etc.).
  • Supervise contractors
  • Handle feedback and service requests (online, email, phone, in-person).
  • Inspect areas and suggest improvements.
  • Check and confirm work completion.
  • Manage stock-taking and disposal of items.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment (walkarounds, advise users, escalate issues).
  • Keep accurate records and reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
