Perm Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable) #NJN

Location: Kallang Sector

Working hours: 830am - 6pm Mon to Fri

Job Scope

• Handle end-to-end Account Payable tasks including invoice verification, petty cash and staff claims.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth AP operations.
• Process payment across various payment modes.
• Prepare AP reporting activities including intercompany, bank and vendor reconciliations and Balance Sheet schedules.
• Manage journal entries such as accruals and reclassifications.
• Oversee GST reporting and Fixed Assets management.
• Support AP transformation projects and process improvements.
• Assists in quarterly internal and external audit.
• Improvement payment processes and enhance system efficiency.

Requirements

• Prior experience in doing GST Submission or have knowledge in GST submission from Manufacturing / Logistics / Construction / Distribution industry
• Comfortable to handle high volume – average 1k to 2k invoices to process per month
• Able to work overtime when required (during peak periods)
