PERM* HR Payroll Executive ($3800 to $4000) #NJN

Location: Queenstown

Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon - Fri)

Salary Range: $3800 to $4000

Payroll Headcount: 300

Responsibilities:

Payroll:

• Proven experience in Payroll processing with a minimum headcount of 300 employees

Recruitment and On-boarding:

• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen applications and coordinate interview schedules.
• Organize orientation sessions for new lecturers and assist with setting up accounts and access.

Personnel File Management:

• Create and maintain accurate, confidential personnel files for each lecturer.
• Ensure all documentation, and evaluations, is up-to-date and stored securely.
• Regularly review files for compliance with institution policies and regulations.
• Maintain and update a database of lecturers and programs.

Collaboration with Academic Disciplines:

• Work with relevant disciplines to register new programs and lecturers.
• Coordinate the approval process for lecturer modules, ensuring timely completion.

Training and Event Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate continuous professional development activities for lecturers.
• Attend regular departmental and interdepartmental meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Assist in planning and organizing events related to lectures, such as workshops, seminars, and training sessions, managing logistics including venue booking and equipment setup.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Business Administration).
• Experience in payroll processing
• Experience in recruitment, administrative support, or a related role.
• Proficiency in using databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
