Trade Finance Operations Executive / Analyst #BCL

Key Responsibilities:

• Process trade finance transactions such as Import/Export Letters of Credit (LC), Guarantees, Collections, Financing, and Document Checking.
• Support loan operations (e.g., syndicated, bilateral, and term loans) and basic cash products (e.g., deposits and fund transfers).
• Ensure timely and accurate booking, settlement, and delivery of transactions in accordance with internal guidelines and authority levels.
• Respond to client inquiries and assist team members with escalated issues.
• Perform transaction follow-up, discrepancy resolution, and customer communications.
• Maintain compliance with operational controls and escalate issues appropriately.
• Validate transaction inputs and support system entries related to trade finance and loans.
• Assist in reviewing and updating standard operating procedures.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades or process improvements.
• Provide support during internal and external audits and regulatory reviews.
