Job Posting for HR Shared Services Specialist (1 year contract) at RECRUIT EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD.
You will be part of the Employee Support & Advisory team within HR Shared Services providing professional support and ensuring prompt and smooth execution of the employee life cycle activities, from pre-onboarding to exit.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage new hire onboarding administration process.
Manage all staff movement activities such as transfer, secondment, conversion of employment types, retirement and cessation of employment.
Administer foreign pass-related matters.
Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems.
Ensure timely storage of employee documents in our electronic personnel file system.
Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to employees and stakeholders.
Any other duties or projects assigned.
Details:
9am to 6pm (Mondays to Fridays)
Raffles Place
$3,600 - $4,300 1-month completion bonus
14 days annual leave per annum
Hybrid work arrangement
Requirements:
Minimum Degree
Must have relevant HR experience
