-Product Knowledge: Understand fresh produce types, quality standards, and align sourcing with customer requirements.

-Order Forecasting: Manage logistics to reduce spoilage and ensure timely delivery; monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess.

-Cost Efficiency: Perform cost analysis to optimize sourcing and logistics; understand supplier claims processes.

-Quality Assurance: Ensure food safety and freshness through quality control and knowledge of industry standards and logistics risks.
