Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Assistant Store Manager located in the Island wide. Our clients first international multi-brand beauty retail store. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, and operational management to drive success in a dynamic retail environment. The Assistant/Store Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, guiding and motivating a diverse team, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Alongside managing daily store operations, the role involves analyzing performance, improving productivity, and maintaining strong visual merchandising and inventory control. A passion for the beauty industry, strong people management skills, and a focus on innovation and service excellence are essential for thriving in this position.

Qualifications:
