Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years relevant sales experience in a bank.
- M5, M5A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A and HI certification is highly advantageous
- Experience in Insurance sales is highly advantageous
- Good in Insurance concepts & Product knowledge
Key Duties:
- Accountable for expanding the portfolio and building strong relationships with customers and branches/hubs, while achieving both hub revenue and personal sales targets.
- To collaborate with branch sales staff to provide professional insurance planning services by meeting potential customers
- To analyse customers’ personal financial situation and identify their needs in financial services; and recommends life insurance products and investment-linked products to best suit their needs.
- Foster customer engagement by organizing meetings to discuss insurance offerings and raise awareness.
- To conduct fact find, insurance need analysis for clients and ensure prompt advice and solutions are offered to clients.
- To generate ideas and action plan on increasing sales activity and other relevant financial drivers.
- Handle the complete process of insurance applications and address any aftersales concerns from clients.
- To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Transaction Monitoring Unit.
- To ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities.
- To adhere strictly to the FAA & good practices guideline, include attending weekly/monthly coaching, meeting & obtaining the required CPD hours.
