Quantity Surveyor

Work Location : Central

Working Hours :

• 5 Days Work Week ( Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm )

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare quotes, cost estimates, and bills of quantities.
• Handle tender documents and submissions.
• Source materials and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Compare prices and prepare cost summaries.
• Arrange material samples for approval.
• Attend site meetings and track work progress.
• Prepare monthly progress claims for clients.
• Manage and document variation works and site instructions.
• Perform other quantity surveying tasks as needed

Job Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Preferably 3 years of experience in an interior design or fit-out firm.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic skills in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of BIM(Building Information Modelling) is an added advantage.
