Working Location: West Side

Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work Week ( Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM)

Job Description:

• Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure high-quality service and repair of commercial vehicles, meeting customer requirements for turnaround time and productivity.
• Ensure repairs meet standards to avoid rework or comeback jobs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using electronic diagnostic tools, identify defects, and determine required parts for repairs.
• Advise supervisors on the repair status and any major issues.
• Test drive vehicles after repair, if necessary.
• Supervise and control spare parts used on contract vehicles.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are adhered to during all repairs.
• Assist customer service personnel with providing repair quotations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Class 3 & 4 driving license (highly preferred).
• At least NITEC in Automotive Engineering or a relevant certification.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• At least 1 to 2 years of automotive repair experience, with the ability to handle commercial vehicles (up to Prime Movers/HDT).
• Strong technical knowledge, including the use of diagnostic tools, warranty administration, technical investigation, and report writing.
• Ability to understand electrical drawings.
• Results-oriented, team player, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
