Service Team Leader [UP$4000/ West/ Gov Hosp] #HCY

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operations at gantries and self-registration kiosks.
• Handle difficult visitors and situations and execute service recovery.
• Responsive to emergencies in the main lobby.
• Conduct regular audits on service, productivity, accuracy, and safety to ensure compliance with the organization’s guidelines and regulations.
• Conduct competency and confirmation assessments.
• Contribute to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Manage in roster planning and daily deployment.
• Lead the team in continuous service improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in hospitality or front-line customer service role is an advantage.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays.

Working Hours: Comfortable to work 2 rotating shifts (morning & afternoon), any 5 days
