• Meet and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead the team in providing great customer service and closing sales.
• Work with the Store Manager to create plans for boosting sales.
• Provide feedback on team performance and sales trends.
• Ensure best-selling products are highlighted and sell well.
• Keep the store organized, manage stock, and perform inventory checks.
• Set up displays and follow merchandising guidelines.
• Follow company policies on loss prevention and report any issues.
• Process sales transactions and manage daily closing tasks.
• Support store operations and oversee team performance.
• Regularly evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver great customer service.
• Lead by example in customer service and sales techniques.
• Provide training and encourage team development.
